Returns Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return most new, unused, and unwashed items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.

We offer free return shipping only if the return is due to our error — such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective item. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider.

Shipping

We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

Delivery timelines post-dispatch:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities/towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 6–9 business days

Shipping is free on prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), an extra fee of ₹49 may apply and will be shown at checkout.
